Join us for an interactive mind–body experience designed especially for girls grade 5-8. This confidence-building program empowers girls to embrace their unique qualities, develop self-love, and build healthy self-esteem—inside and out.

Through engaging activities such as mindfulness, age-appropriate nutrition education, meditation, and creative art, participants will connect with their inner strengths and positive self-image in a supportive, uplifting environment.

In this program, girls will:
