Frenemies 101

​Making friends takes effort from both sides. This workshop explores what it means to be a good friend — and find one.

  • Experience a hands-on approach to building healthy relationships

  • Explore techniques to keep and maintain healthy friendships

  • Learn kid-friendly techniques to express yourself in a healthy way

  • Discover conflict resolution techniques and skills

Workshops Include:

Every workshop is tailored to each age group but the core message stays the same across every workshop

  • Up to 3 hours of hands on social skill activities and crafts created by a licensed therapist
